Delightfully simple with a prime beachfront location.

Occupying an absolute prime location, right by the waters edge. This delightful old building has been converted into seven studios. The sea facing studios were depots for storing wheat and fruit, and their direct access to the sea enabled the owners who lived above, to load the produce directly onto passing boats.

The garden studios, located just behind, where converted from an olive store and press believed to be at least three hundred years old. The lovely gardens adorned with colorful flowers, plants, peach and fig trees, have a barbecue and a turkish kosk, or shaded seating area, where guests can relax and enjoy the views over the bay.

Gümüslük village centre and popular waterside fish restaurants are within a few minutes walk along the beach.

Accomodition

Studios have either twin or double beds, a divan, kitchen area, air conditioning and shower room with wc. Garden studios have a terrace overlooking the garden and the sea -facing studios have a waterside veranda overlooking the bay.

The Penthouse Studio on the first floor has two large private balconies overlooking the sea.
